CHINWE ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE AT SAINSBURY CENTRE
During Chinwe's residency at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts at The University of East Anglia, she created a number of new works inspired by African masks in the Robert and Lisa Sainsbury Collection. These were on display for 6 months at the Sainsbury Centre.
Chinwe also ran workshops at the Centre as part of Black History Month where she encouraged students to experiment with some of the various printing techniques that she employs to creat her work.
LAND, SEA & SUNSETS
In the course of her work Chinwe has travelled through the provincial regions of several continents. The Gallery in Cork Street exhibited a range of her works that capture the essence of those unique parts of the world. Whether the tiny vineries of the Bois de Moulesse, remote Moçambican beaches, stunningly vibrant rainforest trees from or the vivid sunsets in her rural


ABOLITION OF THE SLAVE TRADE
in the United Kingdom.
A number of Chinwe's works have been used widely around the world to highlight the plight of people who had to endure the horrors of those times.

SUDBOURNE PRINTMAKERS GROUP EXHIBITION
Chinwe showed some of her recent prints at the Sudbourne Printmakers Group regular exhibition at the Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburgh
